Willy Wonka KIDS! at RVCC

----- PLEASE READ -----

This OUTDOOR performance will take place  at Rockfish Valley Community Center. Performance space is located in near the the Community Center in the Blue Mountain Pavillion. If weather does not allow the space to be peformed outside, the performance will take place inside RVCC.

PARKING:

- There is parking at the venue.

SEATING:

- Seating will begin at 2:30pm.

- Seating will be available in the area around the Blue Mountain Pavillion, weather permitting

-Minimal chairs will be provided.  Patrons are encouraged to bring blankets, cushions or lawn chairs for their entire party.

- Please be considerate when choosing a blanket size.  Field space is limited and we will be filling up the entire venue.

- Patrons who bring chairs will be seated at the rear of the house to accommodate obstruction of view for those on blankets.

-If weather does not allow the space to be peformed outside, the performance will take place inside RVCC.

CHECK-IN:

-Patrons should present their digital or printed ticket to the box office upon arrival. 

-Please arrive no earlier than 2:30 and no later than 2:55.

LATE ARRIVAL:

- Latecomers may only be seated at the discretion of the house manager.

RUN-TIME:

- The performance will run approx. 40 minutes.

RESTROOMS:

- Restrooms will be available inside the building.

CONTRIBUTION:

- Contributions in the form of cash or electronic payment will be collected and appreciated.

- Contributions will help cover the cost of the rented sound equipment, space use, event staff, and will support scholarships given for this camp. We appreciate any and all contributions. Contributions are not tax deductible. 

FILMING:

-Video recordings are strictly prohibited by the licensing agreement with Music Theatre International (MTI).
